Nympho Lodge
Tokey Wedge is less well known than other private eyes from mid-twentieth century America such as Philip Marlowe, Lew Archer, or Mike Hammer, but in his way even more colorful. He’s pulp fiction from the 1950s and early 60s—hard-boiled, straight to the gut, with a strong focus on sexual prowess. Tokey’s women are stacked like ripe melons and all hunger to tussle in the sack with him. Any tough guy who thinks Tokey’s a pushover because of his short stature, soon finds himself flat on his back, Tokey standing over him, ready to dish out another wallop of knuckle sandwich. Tokey Wedge is of a time gone by, when highways were only two-lane blacktop and TVs were black and white. But in returning to that time we’re drawn irresistibly into Tokey’s wild ride cases.
